Each of the seven Idaho Districts is governed by a Board of Health composed of seven to eight members appointed by the county commissioners from that District. Each Board of Health employs a District Director to oversee the daily operations of each Health District.

Gary Morris, Chair
Latah County, ID
Since 1975
Mr. Morris is a resident of Latah County and has been appointed by the Latah County commissioners to represent them on the Board of Health. Gary has served on the board since 1975.
John Allen
Clearwater County, ID
Since 2007
Mr. Allen is currently a Clearwater County Commissioner. He was appointed to the Board of Health in 2007.
Shirley Greene
Latah County, ID
Since 1994
Mrs. Green is a resident of Latah County. She served on the Latah county commission and was appointed to the board during her term as commissioner. Shirley has served as a board of health member since 1994.
Larry Vincent
Nez Perce County, ID
Since 2001
Mr. Vincent is a resident of Nez Perce County. He served on the Nez Perce County commission and was appointed to the board during his term as commissioner. Larry has served as a board member since 2001.
Jim Rehder
Idaho County, ID
Since 2005
Mr. Rehder is currently an Idaho County Commissioner. He was appointed to the Board of Health in 2005.
Don Davis
Lewis County, ID
Since 2008
Mr. Davis is the Lewis County representative on our Board of Health, serving since July 2008. He is also a County Commissioner in Lewis County.
Wm Mannschreck, MD
Nez Perce County, ID
Since 1981
Dr. Mannschreck is a resident of Nez Perce County. He was appointed to the board by the Nez Perce county commissioners in 1981. Dr. Mannschreck serves as our physician on the board of health.
