We ask all our volunteers to register on the Volunteer Idaho system. Many of the questions on the registration form are optional, but any extra information you’re willing to share can help us to better manage staff resources during an emergency.
This system relies heavily on the use of email. If you do not have an email address, please contact Eva Moran at (208)799-0388 for assistance in registering.
To register, please follow these instructions:
- Go to the Volunteer Idaho website. Click on the large green “Register” button.
- Enter your information and click “submit”. We recommend using whatever user name and password will be easiest to remember. This is the first stage of registration.
- In order to verify your address the system will send you an email. Please check your email inbox and look for a new message from the system. If it is not there after a few minutes, try “refreshing” your inbox or check your spam folder.
- Click on the link in the new email message.
- Enter your user name and password and login into the system. This time click the “LOGIN” button, not the “Register” button!
- Complete your registration by filling in your contact information and as much professional information as you are able.
- Once you have submitted the information, you will receive a confirmation email from the system.
