Family Health Services provides individual nursing or nutritional assessment and intervention. Nurse Practitioners, registered nurses, registered dietitians and trained WIC paraprofessionals provide the following individual services:
- Children’s Special Health Program (CSHP) Nutritional Counseling: PKU (Phenylketonuria) and other Metabolic Conditions
- Designation Form for Supply Pickup and Ordering
- Family Planning
- HIV Services
- School Nursing
- Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) or Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) Control
- WIC (Women, Infants and Children)
