Family Health Services provides individual nursing or nutritional assessment and intervention. Nurse Practitioners, registered nurses, registered dietitians and trained WIC paraprofessionals provide the following individual services:

    A variety of clinical services are available at Public Health, including Family Planning (Title X), STD Testing and Treatment, HIV Testing, Childhood Immunizations, some Adult Immunizations and Travel Immunizations.

    Fees vary depending on the type of visit and the services provided. Family Planning (Title X) and STD services are on a sliding scale based on income. Public Health can bill most insurance companies.

    Not at this time. If you need to schedule an appointment or request a refill, please contact your local Public Health office for assistance.

    Public Health Nurses are available to answer your questions regarding a variety of topics including: contraception, STD and HIV prevention and immunizations. Public Health also consults with schools throughout the District to provide education to students, families and school staff surrounding a number of issues.
